Hey, sports fans, listen up! If you're a college sports fan or you simply like the vibe and energy that you'll only find in a college town, then you'll want to take note. We have found the nation's most affordable college towns where you can snag a nice place to live for a bargain-basement price. To uncover this list, 247Tempo.com reviewed five-year data on median household value and median household income from the U.S. Census Bureau's 2022 American Community Survey. Cities, towns, and Census-designated places were ranked based on the ratio of median home value to median household income. Only places with at least 10,000 residents where at least 15% of the population is enrolled in college or graduate school were considered. Now, let's start looking for your next hometown.
