These Retro Snacks Are Making a Major Comeback
Nostalgia is a powerful emotion. When fans come together with a goal in mind, usually just trying to get a product back, they can do it easily!
Quite a few retro snacks, interestingly, most from the 90s, were discontinued for a short while and yet came back stronger than ever. Some weren't as lucky, like Pudding Pops, Fruit Corners Fruit Bars, Choco Taco, and Pepsi Blue.

Candy Cigarettes
Although it is no longer sold everywhere, if you live near a candy shop, chances are they still sell these sugary chalk-like treats. Candy cigarettes are marketed like cigarettes with a box to match. They are also called candy sticks and sometimes come in chocolate or bubblegum flavors.
Planters Cheez Balls
Like a few others on this list, Planters Cheez Balls was only temporarily discontinued in 2019. However, they are back in the stores now.
French Toast Crunch
Would you eat a cereal made with bite-sized French toast? Well, now you can since it's back in stores! It was first introduced in 1984 but was off the shelves by 2006.
Scooby Snacks Gummies
While Scooby Snacks gummies are still around, they aren't the same. The original flavors were discontinued due to food law changes around 2015.
Crème Savers
Crème Savers are the ultimate grandma candy. These velvety melt-on-your-tongue candies are making their way back after a short hiatus. They come in multiple flavors, although they are best known for their strawberry.
Twinkies
Technically, Twinkies weren't discontinued but instead momentarily halted starting in 2012. Still, this retro and iconic snack is back in stores like it never left. They were created in 1930, meaning they are nearly a century old.
Fritos Bar-B-Q & Ranch
Fritos fans must have been so excited when the Fritos Bar-B-Q & Ranch flavors came back. The flavors are a little different but still good!
Bubble Jug
Does anyone remember the Bubble Jug? It was a jug full of powder bubble gum candy that was all the rage in the 90s. Well, it's been back since 2024!
Dunkaroos
Dunkaroos were discontinued for a short four years, but those four years were enough for fans. By 2020, this delicious treat was back on the shelves for a second run. It's another 90s snack!
