Air is a major component of our lives, a factor we rely on to survive. But just like the food we eat and the water we drink, in our for us to survive, air must be of good quality, or else we are at risk of developing series problems. According to the American Lung Association, breathing in poor-quality, polluted air can cause health problems, especially for people who belong to certain at-risk groups. When you live in urban areas struggling with poor air quality, you are at a higher risk of health risks or even death.
