These Celebrities Caused Untimely Deaths and Faced Basically Zero Prison Time

Making amends for our past is something that many of us wish we could do, and something that many of us can do. We may not be able to forget everything we've done, but we can put the past behind us and move forward. But others aren't as fortunate. Famous people who were involved in fatalities can't escape their past because of their public lives (nor can those impacted by their transgressions).

24/7 Tempo reviewed a variety of news reports and numerous online sources to compile a list of famous people who were involved in fatalities. Those individuals who claimed the lives of others while serving in the military were excluded. Whether accidentally, or intentionally, several famous people have been involved in the deaths of others.

Many have been punished for their crimes, but others have been able to move forward with little consequence. However, not all celebrities emerge unscathed. Music executive Marion "Suge" Knight ran over two men with his car in 2015 – apparently on purpose, according to witnesses – and killed one. He pleaded no contest to voluntary manslaughter and received a 28-year sentence. These are the famous people who got off relatively scot-free compared to their actions.
