16 Under the Radar Food Brands With Celebrity Owners
Although being a celebrity comes with a lot of money, it can run out quickly if they don't try something new or carefully invest their funds. One bad movie or album can really wreck a celebrity's career. However, they don't have to worry about this if they focus the rest of their time and money on a new project, like a food brand.
Many companies partner with food brands to serve as brand ambassadors, while others even own the companies themselves. The same goes for restaurants! Can you think of any celebrities who own food companies or brands? If not, that's okay. We have a list of 16 celebrities who secretly (or not-so-secretly) run popular food brands.
To find this information, 24/7 Tempo scoured the internet, looking through entertainment websites. For each brand, we pulled data from the official companies' websites. Let's dive into the details of these delicious brands now.
This post was updated on September 4th, 2025, to reflect additional information.
Rihanna
While Rihanna doesn't own Madison Brown Ice Cream, they have partnered together to release a delicious flavor. They produced and released Neapolitan Swirl. It's ice cream swirled with Rihanna's favorite chocolate crunch ribbon. When you purchase a Neapolitan Swirl, the proceeds go to Rihanna's Clara Lionel Foundation (CLF).
Snoop Dog
Snoop Dog has a lot of different ventures. He raps, acts, and writes cookbooks, but did you know he also released his own line of breakfast cereals? It comes in a few different flavors, including Fruity Hoopz with Marshmallows. Unfortunately, not a lot of information is known about these cereals. While initially popular, the brand has gone quiet.
Dolly Parton
Dolly Parton is another celebrity who has her hands on just about anything. She performs, acts, runs multiple charities, and owns a theme park! She also sells baking mixes and food products. In partnership with Duncan Hines, Dolly Parton sells cake, cookie, and brownie mixes.
Jaden Smith
Jaden Smith's food journey isn't a secret. He's pretty open about his involvement with JUST Water, an eco-friendly bottled water company with an honorable mission. The brand sells sparkling and still water.
Kylie Jenner
Kylie Jenner doesn't own GLOW, but she is an ambassador for the company. Being the face of the company, it's easy to associate her with this sparkling water drink brand. She does, however, own a cosmetics brand.
Jennifer Garner
Did you know Jennifer Garner owns and lives on a farm? It's a nearly century-old family farm with a rich history, which inspired her to start her own food brand, Once Upon a Farm.
Tom Hanks
Tom Hanks also has his hands in the food industry, specifically coffee. He owns Hanx for Our Troops, which produces coffee sticks, ground coffee, and coffee pods. According to the website, 100% of the company's net profit is donated to veterans' organizations.
Nick Jonas
Nick Jonas invests a lot in food companies and owns a few himself, including Rob's Backstage Popcorn (along with his two brothers). He also used to own a rooftop bar business, Villa One Tequila Gardens, although it's gone quiet.
Patti LaBelle
Patti LaBelle isn't just an incredibly talented singer but also a food company owner. She created Patti's Good Life. It's sold across the United States in stores like Walmart. Her food line sells pies, food mixes, and frozen meals.
Cardi B
Cardi B also owns her own food brand, Whipshots. It's a whipped cream brand infused with vodka, perfect for mixed drinks. The whipped cream contains 10% alcohol and is available in various flavors, including vanilla, mocha, and strawberry.
Maria Sharapova
This company has since closed, but it was very popular during its time. Maria Sharapova owned Sugarpova, a unique premium candy brand. The kiss-shaped gummies were especially popular.
Chrissy Teigen
Chrissy Teigen launched Cravings by Chrissy Teigen just a few years back, and it's exploded in popularity. Not only does she sell cake mixes, but also cookbooks, bakeware, and cookware.
Bethenny Frankel
Bethenny Frankel's food brand is incredibly well-known. Have you ever gone to the grocery store or even Marshalls and seen a Skinnygirl Margarita kit? She also sells low-calorie popcorn, salad dressing, and wafer snacks.
Reese Witherspoon
Reese Witherspoon also owns a food brand. She collaborates with a Drop of Sunshine to produce a line of delicious wines. Is there anything she doesn't do?
Martha Stewart
It would be weird if the queen of cooking herself, Martha Stewart, didn't own or collaborate with a cooking/food company. She proudly partners with Marley Spoon, a meal kit delivery service made with Martha Stewart's recipes.
Bon Jovi
Last but not least is Bon Jovi, who started JBJ Soul Kitchen, a non-profit community kitchen. It's a beautiful restaurant that allows anyone to come and eat, although they do encourage you to pay it forward if you can or volunteer. The menu doesn't have any set prices. As of June 2025, JBJ served 221,000 meals.
