Video games come in generational waves. Many of us had an Atari and tried to master games like "Frogger," "Pitfall," and "Space Invaders." Some had early editions of Nintendo and developed the necessary skills to become champions in "Tetris," "Super Mario Brothers," and "Donkey Kong." Game systems started getting more advanced with Super Nintendo, Playstation, and Sega Genesis. The graphics of today's gamesystems may far exceed those of the '90s but this doesn't make them better. There was just something about those classic '90s video games that everyone should try.

Before you try your hand at the new "Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom," the "Super Mario Party Jamboree,' or even "Donkey Kong Country," try your hand at the early video games and see how great they once were. These early video games were incredible, and everyone should have a chance to experience them, especially the titles that came out on the PC, Super Nintendo, Playstation, and Sega Genesis during the 1990s.

To determine classic '90s video games that everyone should try, 24/7 Tempo reviewed all fan pages and researched Reddit and Quora. We also checked out the top gaming websites, including IGN, Game Rant, PC Gamer, and more. If you loved the 1990s, you'll probably enjoy the most unforgettable lines from 90s movies.
