To create a list of nostalgic Boomer collectibles that may be worth a fortune today, we looked at various auction websites that focused on estate sales to see what their blogs recommended for sales. As more Boomers are aging and their estates are being passed to their children, auction houses are gaining sharper insights into the value of Boomer-era items. Within those categories, we then looked for the best sales on single items to determine how much some of these collectibles could be worth.

It is worth noting that while maybe not in the hundred-thousand range, many newer trading cards are printed in limited runs which make them more valuable than standard reprints. People looking to play the game should invest in low-cost reprints, but collectors can invest in higher-value prints that may appreciate in price with time.

With the world of sports constantly evolving, the value of memorabilia changes frequently. However, there are many Boomer-era collectibles in the sports memorabilia category that are quite valuable. Getting your parents' sports memorabilia appraised might surprise you!
