Shoppers report that the store is well maintained and easy to navigate, with fair prices. EECT is also a volunteer-run shop that gives back to the community and works with organizations in the area. Donations that are in good condition are typically accepted.

Located in the O’Hara Student Center, Thriftsburgh has regular hours and hosts an annual Fall Reuse Rummage Sale for clothing and household goods.
