Founded by Greek immigrants at the turn of the last century, the shop was almost closed in 2006 until Columbus businessman Tony Moravec bought it. Included in his overhaul of the confectionery was restoration of its tin ceiling. It is not only an ice cream shop, it’s also a museum.
